Millennium Resort Mussanah, owned by Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran), has inaugurated a floating aqua park in Batinah region. The attraction is situated in the resort’s private marina and leverages the expertise of Aflex Technology. The floating aqua park is now open to the public with a capacity to entertain up to 120 people every hour with its twists, turns, and sensational creations.

Christoph Schleissing, General Manager of Millennium Resort Mussanah, said, “Through this addition, our partnership with Omran will continue to nurture tourism development along the Al Batinah Coast and provide visitors with more unique experiences during their trips in Oman.”

Welcoming visitors of all ages from its custom-made gangway, the wide variety of world-class rides include plenty of jumps, slides, and spills to keep thrill-seekers busy for hours. A three meter high tower promises to challenge the most adventurous and stake its claim as the floating aqua park’s leading attraction. As a true world- class facility, permanent life guards and instructors will be on hand to ensure visitors enjoy optimal security and fun-filled experience throughout their stay.

The floating aquapark aims to create unique experiences for Al Batinah locals, promote inbound and domestic tourism, and cater to international visitors. The development adds to the host of attractions available at the resort, and promises to create direct and indirect jobs for the local community.
